Huh? Why would libtoolize run autopoint?

I'm just claiming that the meaning of "it works" is subject to
debate. After all, you could have internal_libtoolize to the short
story, and libtoolize call autoreconf. There is a lot of code
duplication, what incurs both maintenance issues (including impedance)
and performance penalties.
