To me, I could care less.  But there's always the Legal Matters looming,
and to please the false God of Copyright, the ChangeLog should be kept
accurate.  Note that ideas are not copyrightable but text is, so as long
as someone did not provide any text of the changes, there is no legal
need to mention.
