GraphicsMagick updated with latest CVS libtool

I have updated development GraphicsMagick with the latest CVS libtool. 
The snapshot is named GraphicsMagick-1.2.020080113.* (or later) and 
can be downloaded from 
"ftp://ftp.graphicsmagick.org/pub/GraphicsMagick/snapshots";.

This is a good test of development libtool with C, C++, and 
non-recursive build, with libltdl.  However, libltdl's static preload 
feature is not used by this package.
