Thanks for the patch.  I went through the tree and removed remaining
references, resulting in this combined patch, pushed.

        * clcommit.m4sh: Likewise.
        * doc/libtool.texi: Bump copyright years.
        (libtool script contents): Describe macro_revision as revision
        without reference to CVS.
