I don't care too much about it. WindowsCE is not even ISO-C89 compliant
(e.g. errno is missing). There a quite a couple of problems which will
hinder development on that platform; a simple example is that it is
heavily thread based but stdio does not use any locking. Thus I would
feel okay to have just a limited support.
