http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2639Hi guys. Just to let you know that I worked around this problem by using lilypond-book without the --pdf flag set. I then wrote a short script that recursively defended through the out-directory and converted any eps-files it found to pdfs using epspdf. Bundling all of this in a Makefile allowed me to smoothly work with my document. It's a hack, not a fix, but at least it works.
