Updated following comments.  I don't have further plans to change this.  I  
noted Werner's comment on the Issue tracker about changing it based on font  
size, and making the lower arms a bit longer, but I'm loathe to try this  
because: 1) I don't know how to; 2) None of the other clefs appear to vary  
with font size; 3) it would spoil the symmetry and thus the fit with the  
other clefs - it would also make the code more complex since we can't  
mirror the top into the bottom.
