How is a change intended to change font sizes "trivial"?  How can you be  
sure that there would have been no font size changes in all regression  
tests in a Patchy run if the _intended_ consequence of the change is to  
have font size changes?

If there are going to be font size changes, how is Phil going to figure out  
what change they are related to if we did not make a review for the  
difference and checked which tests changed, and which of the changes were  
intentional?

Might not a review have recommended to add a simple regression test?
