The workflow is just:
checkout the reference version
make clean && CPU_COUNT=3 make -j3
make test-clean && CPU_COUNT=3 make -j3 test-baseline
(note that running parallel make on the _clean_ targets tends to cause  
problems)
checkout the version to be tested
make clean && CPU_COUNT=3 make -j3
make test-clean && CPU_COUNT=3 make -j3 check
firefox out/test-results/index.html
