In some cases, using a slur will not work. I'm typesetting a piano piece by
Lyadov in which an single A-flat is tied to a G-sharp which is in the
middle of a chord. The slur goes to the top of the chord instead of to the
G-sharp. I'll have to manually adjust the slur or engrave the tie manually.
I was really surprised that enharmonic ties aren't supported (version
2.16.2).
