http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1134Why is this only 'enhancement'? The default output is incorrect. In choral music, when upper voice sings fis and lower voice sings f, only the third (human) workaround above is clear enough. But that is an ugly hack, and with wrong midi output.
