Code tidying, including applying the new \with-dimensions implementation to  
harp-pedal diagrams.
Expect the harp-pedal regtests to show small changes: the empty pedal chart  
is spaced the same as the others, and the supposed-to-be-invisible box  
around the pedal charts is gone.
