Patchy just completed my version of the patch (I think it was mine,  
probably should double-check).  I just remembered that the  
whole "distribute parser.cc/parser.hh" nonsense which meshes rather badly  
with "let's give all files in the tarball the same modification date" and  
started the fiasco motivating this patch would also warrant distributing  
the bison-generated grammar file.  But I guess I'll make that a separate  
issue/patch.
