Well, it basically means that the changes of issue 3553 are not sufficient
for getting the whole \context Bottom = "x" situation under control.
Which is good to know. I think one should likely split the whole situation
into two cases: one being the anonymous situation more or less initiated by
calls to get_default_interpreter, one being the situation where
context-spec-music asks for a Bottom.
Currently both are mixed, but that actually can't work reliably for things
like
\context Bottom = "x" \with { ... }
since get_default_interpreter does not get to see context mods.
