http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3863The more get into this, the more I see how complicated it is. Patch has to be abandoned. All I can say is that for now, better solution would be to prevent pushing away slurs (by switching ye.widen to 0) at the expense of dot-slur collisions. In fact dot-slur collisions occur less often than situations in which slur is pushed away from dots.
