`font-size->magnification'.

Currently `magstep' and `magnification->font-size' are complementary  
functions with non-symmetrical names.  I think changing `magstep' to  
`font-size->magnification' makes better sense, while being more intuitive  
to the user.

One question: there are 3 instances of "magstep" in lily/line-spanner.cc.
Should I change those too?
