[Lilypond-auto] Issue 3987 in lilypond: inconsistent spacing with spacing-increment

With the following input, I expect:
1) the first and last beam group to have the same spacing
2) no excess space after the second beam group

\relative g' {
  g16 g g g
  \newSpacingSection
  \override Score.SpacingSpanner.spacing-increment = 5
  g16 g g g
  \newSpacingSection
  \revert Score.SpacingSpanner.spacing-increment
  g16 g g g
}

See the attached image.  Unfortunately, this is hindering
progress on my \magnifyMusic function.  Also, this may be
related to Issue 3887.
