On MSWindows, we get
 programming error: mis-predicted force, 99.584646 ~= 100.169957

More interestingly, there is a line-spacing problem on MSWindows that did  
not occur in version 2.18
\new Staff \with { \remove "Time_signature_engraver" }
{ \once \override TextScript.self-alignment-X = #RIGHT
  g4^"Longish" \repeat unfold 47 b4}

No problems on Linux, no problems when there is a time-signature  
(presumably the stretchable space) and no problems if the text is shorter.
