If a real-life example is simple to understand, then definitely! I
mean, don't use an example with rhythms like a8... r64 c64 to
demonstrate articulation, but definitely include a snippet of a melody
with appropriate harmonies to demonstrate figured bass.
Please read the patch carefully, there are certainly English mistakes
and some other details. For example, I suppose

Slash notation for alterations is not supported."
should be removed if "slash notation for alterations" means "slashed
numbers for diminished intervals", as they are now implemented ;-)
I assume that they are, so I've left this removal in the patch.
I tested my changes; I had to run 'make web-clean' before 'make web' to
see the changes, which took a while. Is it possible to simply rerun
'make web' to avoid rebuilding the docs from scratch?
Sometimes a "make web" will work, but I often have to do a "make
web-clean". If this could be avoided, I'd love to hear about it...
