a fingering, and it's hard to guess.

gets translated to

@t{c''} @t{4} @tb{-^} @t{c} @tb{-+} @t{c} @t{--} @t{c} @tb{-!}
^^^^^^
```
showing bold and non-bold for `-` in the same function.
Because "--" could be a lyric hyphen.
