Yes, it is repeatable.  I had repeated it multiple times before reporting
it.  I'm always concerned that I just had a typo or something,

So I started from scratch, and did

```
make doc LANGS="en" VERBOSE=1 &> make.doc.log
```

I didn't do the 12 job option because I wanted to make sure there wasn't a
race condition situation.

It failed at the same point with the same error message

The compressed log file make.doc.log.tar is attached.

I tested this and got no  errors.  The output of the tftopl runs are
attached.

And this is attached as well.

I would appreciate any help you or Jonas can give me.
