Ça c'est facile : convert-ly

si tu utilise Frescobaldi (je recomande) : Outil -> Mettre à jour avec convert-ly

sinon man convert-ly

usage simplifié : convert-ly MonAncienFichier.ly > MonNouveauFichier.ly
