mais il donne le même message d'erreur !

C'est peut-être l'option «-f pdf» qui fonctionne mal.
Il faudrait lancer cette commande à la main, dans un terminal (avec le bon «chemin/vers») :

/chemin/vers/lilypond -h

pour avoir la syntaxe exacte de la sortie PDF.

Mais est-ce vraiment utile ? Le format PS est également du vectoriel et ça fonctionne bien avec OpenOffice ou Libre Office.
