C'est pour avoir une nouvelle font pour toute la musique.
Normalement par défaut, lilypond utilise la font ementaler
(/usr/share/lilypond/2.18.2//fonts/...), mais j'aime bien la bravura
(même si ça ne change vraiment pas beaucoup je te l'accorde)
Pour l'activer, il faut mettre \bravuraOn dans un bloc layout ou dans dans
un staff
Tu peux aussi trouver pleins d'autres fonts : >> ici <<
