I'd like to get the following chord representation "D7/F#". How to define
this "F#" as bass in chord? I can use "d:7/fis" and I'll get "D7/fis" - but
I get "fis", and I want F#. I can define e.g. "d:m/f" and I'll get "Dm/F"
but cannot define "F#" as bass.
