[Linphone-developers] Use Linphone with a virtual device

Hello,

 

I use Linphone under Linux and I would like to define my input camera on a virtual device in order to be able to use my camera on Linphone and on another software.

 

To do this I have already created my virtual device with the following command:

modprobe v4l2loopback video_nr=2

 

Then I redirected my video stream to the virtual device with the command :

ffmpeg -f video4linux2 -i /dev/video0 -codec mpeg4 -f v4l2 /dev/video2

 

However I can't see this video during a video call in Linphone, although I can use this stream twice with my other software.
