Also make your stun is also enabled with correct stun address. Sometimes NAT issues causes similar issues but anyway post the debug logs as well

We were testing out Linphone for Android using SIP back to our Mitel PBX.

We are only hearing audio in 1 direction (Linphone can hear the audio from the called number, but the person on that end cannot hear audio from Linphone).

A Mitel tech suggested a gateway IP address needs to be entered somewhere in the config but we did not see a place for a gateway IP address.

Any thoughts?
