Nonpareil home page and prospectus document now available

I've made a home page for Nonpareil at

containing a tiny introduction to the project, and links to Bradley
Baetz's thesis and a new document which I have just completed,
called "Prospectus for Nonpareil".  Comments welcome, but please
send directly to me rather than cluttering the Lout mailing list
with this off-topic material.
