Nonpareil update and review request

I have finished the Nonpareil parser and now I am working on
issues of visibility of symbols - quite tricky in Nonpareil
since there are private classes and features, class
extensions, and renaming.

I've written a short paper (six pages) describing a model
of these visibility issues.  I would appreciate any
comments or suggestions or pointers to similar work.
