The patterns (for line-breaking, there is no hyphenation) are quite
simple (AFAIR) and will be handled by the Tcl script. I would actually
prefer to do all this in Lout and get rid of Tcl but that would only
work if Lout could be told to treat all characters 0x80-0xFF as
punctuation...
