[Ltib] kernel module mechanics example

I've just checked in a module example into CVS.

After updating from CVS, you can try it by: ./ltib -p hello_mod
or by selecting it in the config: [ ] hello world module example

You can also use the tarball
http://www.bitshrine.org/gpp/hello_mod-1.2.tar.gz stand-alone (see the
README).
