Hi Sivakumar,

Is this BSP an iso image? if so the toolchain should have got installed
into /opt/freescale/pkgs when you installed it?  

I just checked and the toolchain is on the GPP, it was copied there on
17th Sept 2007:
http://www.bitshrine.org/gpp/tc-fsl-x86lnx-armeabi-nptl-4.1.2-3.i386.rpm

Maybe you have network setup problems? otherwise I can't explain what
went wrong.  Maybe you can re-try or check the link above directly.
