[Ltib] New X.Org packages for Ltib

Hello,

attached you will find a tarball with the necessary .spec files, a
couple of patches that
were needed (to libX11 and to xorg-server), and the lines that need to
be added to
both pkg_map and packages.lkc .
There is no window manager being compiled, but I'm already sending
this so other people
can test it and comment on them.

Regarding the enlightenment packages I sent last week, I'm going to
make some changes
that Stuart suggested and send them again, probably tomorrow.
