[Ltib] missed list messages

Hi everyone,

For reasons I'll explain later, I've missed all the list traffic since 
1st April.  Rather than go into the archives and guess which issues have 
been resolved, can you instead mail the list if any of your questions 
for the last week have not been yet addressed.
