[Ltib] [Patch] fix UID issue in samba-3.0.32

Hi Stuart,

The patch3 in samba.spec had been replaced by
samba-3.0.32-add-site-files-2.patch.

Compared with the previouse one (samba-3.0.32-add-site-files.patch),
this patch only add one line:
samba_cv_USE_SETREUID=yes
in the samba-3.0.32/source/samba-3.0.32-default.site file.

Otherwise, it is crashing when any samba client tries to access the smb
server.

smbclient -L localhost -N
