Hi Francesco,

There's not really enough output to go on here, but it looks like a 
kernel build issue, not an LTIB (or Ubuntu issue).  Can you build your 
kernel source for the target board outside LTIB?

You need to post more output, but I suspect you'll need to get help from 
the kernel developers as the problem looks to lie there.
