[Ltib] Browsing the GPP

Hi LTIB,

I used to be able to pull up http://bitshrine.org/gpp/ in a browser
and it would tell me what packages have been uploaded.  I can no
longer do that.

I'm interested in knowing what packages are available (i.e. exactly
which kernel versions and what compression is used).  This will allow
me to create a spec file for a new package and not maintain my own
local copy if available.  Is there a new way to get a list of all
packages in the GPP?
