[Ltib] PHP extension build. Nothing changed, why?

Hello all,

I run ./configure --enable-sysvmsg --enable-sysvsem --enable-sysvshm --enable-shmop for add PHP IPC features. It was success.

However when I ./ltib -m scbuild -p php, the information shows those features = NO. Does any one know why?

steps:
1. ./ltib -m prep -p php
2. go to php-5.0.4 directory, run ./configure --enable-sysvmsg --enable-sysvsem --enable-sysvshm --enable-shmop
3../ltib -m scbuild -p php
4. ./ltib -m scinstall -p php

then ./ltib


Any mistake I made?
