[Ltib] Ltib doc dir

Hi to all. Probably a silly question, but actually very important for me: after 
a build process there is underl ltib main directory also  the 'doc' dir. I 
don't know ow to format this text. What utility is  needed ? Usually I work 
with latex documents and doxygen  documentation, but this format is not clearly 
known.
