Can you post a full log?  Its hard to figure out what failed (network, 
configuration, etc)? w/o one.  Did it try to fetch cairo from the GPP 
and fail?  Do you have a mangled cairo source in rpm/BUILD?  Try 
removing it (if its there) and try "./ltib" again...
