[Ltib] Build failure of wget-ssl on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

I suspect that the build failure which I observed is the same condition as

I managed to get around the failure by making a change to wget-ssl.spec

I suspect that the version numbers for wget-ssl and wget must be identical

 

The only question is which version is the preferred version

I choose 1.9.1 (the alternative was 1.14).

 

Probably the most current modification is a move to 1.14

Which is the preferred? (1.9.1 or 1.14)
