1) Like the log says, don't run ltib as root - bizarre things can happen...

2) Error looks like a syntax error in 
config/platform/mcp8460epb/main.lkc.  What's around line 261 that mconf 
is complaining about?  On like 309 there's an endchoice mconf is having 
trouble parsing(probably due to a synax error within the choice 
construct).  Error triggers within the choice/endchoice construct that 
ends at line 309.
