Details:
In the comment for the option LWIP_HAVE_LOOPIF, the file opt.h says "Support
loop interface (127.0.0.1) and loopif.c". According to the changelog, the
looif.c file is longer necessary (task #10153). The comment in opt.h should be
updated to reflect this.
