Details:

MQTT client have an allocation function but not a free function.

Since app can't assume how client was allocated, it can't call mem_free()
directly, so a MQTT api should export a free func.

eg:

mqtt_client_t *mqtt_client_new(void);
mqtt_client_delete(mqtt_client_t *c);
