[lwip-devel] FYI: esp-open-rtos master now update to use lwip 2.0.3

In case it is of any interest, the esp-open-rtos master branch has now
been updated to use lwip 2.0.3 which is a big step from the 1.4 version
that it had been using. Perhaps this will make it a more interesting
target for lwip development and the esp8266 is a low cost option
although it has limited available RAM memory, see

Thank you for all the help cleaning up patch submissions. This helped
reduce the port specific set of patch to a small set and helped improve
the support. And thank you for lwip.
