Follow-up Comment #2, patch #10054 (project lwip): Added V3 for this patch because the multicast property of a received NA message is not the way to determine whether or not it is a solicited NA. While the use case for an unicast unsolicted NA is not described very well in RFC4861 it is still possible and valid.
