As far as I know there is no port of an SNMP agent for lwIP.
The exsisting open source agent (NET-SNMP) is too bloated
for lwIP use.

I'm thinking of writing a tiny v3 agent using the lwIP raw api
(we do not use the socket API). I wrote a v1 agent for our own stack,
but maybe we need to move to v3 and native lwIP in the (far) future.

If you are interested we could join efforts writing this,
though I haven't got much spare time...
