Odds are RARP won't be installed on
your windows box unless it's configured as a BOOTP server.

An inelegant solution would be to ping
every node on your subnet then parse the output of "arp -a".
If the overhead doesn't kill you, this should take just a few minutes to
whip up.

Technically for this case he'll need RARP, but it's all the same really

just has different operation codes.  However, lwIP doesn't seem to
deal
with the RARP operation codes, so it's not implemented yet.  (At least
thats how it looks at first glance - correct me if I'm wrong).  Should
be
a very simple change though.  The source file you need to look at
is:

src/netif/etharp.c
