Hi Jani,
Your advice was very useful, I compared  the init.c in ecos contrib and changed 
my calls,now i could see  pppMain thread  called properly everytime .
Next, i got to see how i can test it by connecting to my PC. 
Ill get back again if i dont succed :-)
