Maybe it's actually a good idea to first put it on the wiki and then we can add 
it to CVS once it proved it's usability.

I do have a project where I would need a private MIB, but it has been delayed 
and currently can't spend time on it (and if that project wouldn't have been 
delayed for some time now, lwIP would already have such a MIB compiler:)

I'd be happy to test it one it's uploaded somewhere, but I can't say when that 
will be...
